Excel V+ is a new state of the art laser by CUTERA. It is used to treat skin conditions such as rosacea, spider veins, telangiectasia and pigmented lesions including sunspots.
Patients that have mild superficial vascular lesions may reach their desires results after just three treatments. Those patients with more redness and discoloration that is darker may need up to 6 treatments.
One of the biggest benefits from the excel V+ laser is it can be modified to treat all skin types.
Depending on the setting of the laser and the skin issue you are treating, you may experience some mild swelling. Any pigment lesions will typically get darker and flake off days after your treatment.
