RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of Niagara Medical Esthetics. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, you may choose to pay with any other accepted methods of payment (Debit, Visa, or Mastercard).
Please note: For IV services, full payment is required, and cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
